Return & Refund Policy

Reasons of Product Return/Refund

  1. The products received are different from the order form. All returning products must be in original packaging as received together with the proof of purchasing.

Conditions of Product Return/Refund

  1. The products must be in the original packaging as received. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not refundable.
  2. The return/refund request must be done within 7 days upon receiving. The request may be done via website chat (Whatsapp icon) or email auntiebeanpharmacy@gmail.com
  3. Photos of the returning product must be provided as proof according to the reason stated above. 
  4. All the files, consignment note and detail including tracking number, shipping address, phone number, and the date received stated on the customer copy also must be provided.
  5. Any nearly expiry or expired products are NOT eligible to be returned or refunded as the expiry of the products is already mentioned in the description of the products.
  6. All products bought during promotional events/sales are NOT returnable/refundable. Any free gift items are also NOT refundable, however may request for exchange as discount coupon for the next purchase.
  7. The shipping cost of returning the products will be borne by the customers as we do not profit from shipping. Caribbean Healthcare Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Procedure of Product Return/Refund

  1. Request of return/refund is done by customer via website chat or email within 7 days upon receiving.
  2. Attached photos/images of the faulty parts products along with all the document requested in the Condition of Return/Refund No.4.
  3. The cases will be checked and overview before accepting the request of refund or return cases, usually within 24 hours.
  4. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
