Does age really matters? Yes, it does. It is important in every aspect including our physical and mental. Kids tend to wish to grow up as soon as possible while the elderly were hoping that they are still young and strong. People don’t appreaciate when they are living it, instead they chose to make a fuss.
At here, we are going to check your physiological age !
1.If our blood pressure is 120/80 or less, we can substract 2 years from our age.
2.If we are under 40 years old and our cholesterol is less than 180, substract 1 year while if we are over 50 years old and the cholesterol level is under 200, substract 1 year too.
3.If we are in a healthy state and exercise regularly (moderately), subtract 1 year.
4.If we have had no chronic illnesses, subtract 2 years.
5.If we have no respiratory problems such as asthma and emphysema, subtract 1 year.
6.If our resting heart rate is less than 60 beats per minute, subtract 1 year.
7.If we have good vision, (included glasses cause it’s okay), subtract 1 year.
1.If our blood pressure is 140/90 or greater than that, add 2 years to our age.
2.If we are overweight, add 3 years.
3.If our cholesterol level is more than 250, add 1 year.
4.If we vape or smoke, add 2 years.
5.If we have more than 2 drinks per day, add 1 year.
6.If we don’t recover from a normal heart rate within 10 minutes after exercise, add one year.
7.If we are anemic, add 1 year.
8.If we have poor immunity, means that we get infected easily or easy to catch a cold , add 1 year.
9.If we always feel fatigue and tired, add 1 year.
10.If we have poor short term-memory, add 1 year.
